Casino Rewards is a long-running online casino loyalty programme, established in 2000. It currently connects 16 member casinos, and players keep the same Casino Rewards status level across every participating brand. The group says it gives away more than US$50 million in rewards each year through its loyalty programme.

The current terms for these brands identify Fresh Horizons Limited as the managing company and reference Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence 00972. In Ontario, Zodiac, Captain Cooks, Yukon Gold and Grand Mondial run as separate local sites operated by Apollo Entertainment Ltd, which is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario under an agreement with iGaming Ontario.

Although the casinos share the same Casino Rewards loyalty programme, they are not identical. Across the five Casino Rewards casinos reviewed by Casinofy, the first- and second-deposit bonuses carry a 200x play-through requirement before bonus funds can be converted to cash. From the third deposit onward, bonuses use a lower 30x play-through requirement.

Slots generally count 100% toward wagering, while table games, live casino games and most other game types count 2%. Some excluded games contribute nothing at all.

The terms also treat a single bet equal to or greater than 25% of the credited bonus as irregular play while the wagering requirement is still open. This matters because the casinos reserve the right to withhold withdrawals or winnings where irregular play is identified.
