The minimum deposit for each step is €20. Monoplay runs its own jackpot with four tiers (Mini, Minor, Major and Mega) on marked games. The FAQ says you can deposit by bank wire, credit card, e-wallets and prepaid cards; the full list sits in the cashier after you register, and payments through Paysafe are processed by the group’s Cyprus company, Next Global Era Cyprus Limited. The casino says it absorbs deposit fees in most cases.

The withdrawal rules are the part to read before you deposit:

• 5x rolloveryou must wager your deposits five times before withdrawing. If you have not, Monoplay can refuse the withdrawal or charge an administrative fee of up to 8%.
• Repeat withdrawalsmore than one withdrawal within a rolling 30 days can cost up to 8% of the amount.

Monoplay does not publish withdrawal processing times anywhere we looked. A pending withdrawal stays in your playable balance, so the request is cancelled automatically if you play the balance below it.

Monoplay is run by Next Global Era Limited, a company registered in Belize (number 000030447), under licence ALSI-102310002-FI5 from the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan. The footer seal links to the regulator’s validation page, which listed monoplay.com with the operating status VALID when we checked on 8 October 2026.

An Anjouan licence offers less player protection than a European one: there is no independent dispute service named in the terms, and complaints go to support, then management, then arbitration. Disputes about a bet must be raised within three days. Monoplay’s terms add that winnings above the €100,000 daily cap may be deducted within 30 days.

The terms exclude players from the UK, France, the Netherlands and the USA (and their territories), the Comoros and the FATF blacklist, and the regulator’s page adds Australia and Spain. The terms also forbid using a VPN or proxy to hide your location. Play is for adults 18 and over.

An account can only be closed 90 days after your first deposit, and closure can take up to 60 days.
