The terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, yet Curaçao itself is on the restricted-country list. A template line was also left in the terms: “Provide your KYC procedures.”

Without a named licence there is no regulator to escalate a dispute to, so you rely on the operator alone. The terms also let the casino close accounts “without any obligation to state a reason”, suspend payouts without telling you why, and charge a €10 monthly fee on accounts inactive for 12 months.
